When the design is finalized, we begin the wood selection process, handpicking only the finest quality Teak or Mahogany. Before any cutting begins, the wood undergoes a drying process, where it’s expertly kiln-dried to achieve a moisture content of around 10%, ensuring the stability and longevity of each piece.
